The crusher has two rollers, which rotate with different speed. When material is fed from inlet with full width, it can be crushed by pressing and tearing with presser and shearing force. Crushed material will be forced to be discharged from between two rollers. Material sticking on rollers will be scraped off by scraping device. Between the two rollers, one is fixed and the other is movable. Bearing supporter of movable roller has a hydraulic cylinder, which can assure the clearance of the two bearings adjustable under some condition. If there is some foreign material enters in, movable roller can retreated back and discharge foreign material in time. Then with hydraulic device, movable roller returns to former position and go on normal work in short time. In this way, the equipment can be protected and the motor can be protected from over load. And it can work continuously. Another function of such structure is that, product size can be adjusted by changing the rollers' clearance. When it needs to be changed, start the oil pump to make movable roller move back, increase or decrease pads to suitable thickness and make movable roller return to former position.

Even feeding device should be used to this equipment and feeder should have various speed. When the crusher is low in load, it can increase feeding speed by feedback system. And for high load, the speed should be cut. So we can use crusher with maximum capacity and prevent it from over loading.
